Karen's Decorative Painting now offers interior wall painting for your home or business. Working with your existing color palette, we create a comfortable flow throughout your entire space.

Karen's has experience working with brand new homes as well as vintage homes that can be restored to their original luster. By using only top quality products and delivering clean prep work, we can ensure a beautiful painted finish. We pride ourselves in bringing out the specific personality of each area and creating the most beautiful rooms.

Interior Wall Painting Policies

• Each room is bid separately, based on room size and height of ceilings.
• We require the room or area to be painted to be clear and ready for paint upon Karen's arrival. To avoid additional fees, we request that all furniture, paintings and wall hangings be removed. At the time of consultation, we will specify which items will need to be moved.
• In order to schedule your project, a 50% down payment is required, as well as a signed contract itemizing all work and charges mutually agreed upon by both parties. The remaining balance will be due at the time of project completion.
• Client is required to be in attendance at the beginning of the project to approve of the final colors and design.
• For their own safety, we insist that children and pets be kept away from the project room or area until completion.
